Kiran’s Opinion:

At first glance, the CaDa Mercedes AMG Project One model looks fantastic. It’s evident that Lego Technic has some serious competition on their hands which is certainly going to give Lego a run for its money.

Packing more of a punch than its Lego counterparts, thanks to electronics, motors, and radio control car capabilities, this CaDa kit looks very interesting from a technology viewpoint and also a mechanical one as well, not to mention the value for money you are getting.

Whenever we see new kits like this on the toy market it makes us very happy indeed. Getting kids away from the screens and teaching them how to follow a manual and build stuff is a win in everyone’s books. Building models with your hands and learning how automotive components fit together to create a functioning and fully operational scale model car is an invaluable skill that phones and tablets will never give to children and young adults.

Also the price point looks very attractive to parents who are considering buying one of these kits for their kids, or perhaps a grown up who wants to treat him or herself to a nice weekend or holiday project rekindling the memories of building models when they were kids.

We can’t wait to get our hands on the CaDa Mercedes and start building ourselves!”
